DESIGN AND PLANNING
O.M.LER 2000 designs and develops equipment and devices and submits 3D pre-analyses that allow the customer an immediate interpretation of the project architecture. O.M.LER 2000’s professionalism and experience are the starting point for any project with its clients. Design, development and simulation are integrated in collaboration with the world’s leading manufacturers of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic components.
CNC MACHINING
The production process starts in the cutting department and continues with milling, CNC turning, tangential grinding, universal internal and external grinding and centreless grinding. All numerically controlled M.U.’s are networked, programmed on board the machine or managed directly via CAM workstations by specialised personnel.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly department extends over an area of 1,500 square metres and includes a 5-tonne overhead crane and 2 x 500 kg jib hoists, a hydraulic unit for testing hydraulic systems and 5 fully equipped workbenches.
TESTING
All components manufactured by O.M.LER 2000 are subject to careful Quality Control in the metrology room with 3D measuring machines. The department meets strict standards to ensure product certification for all stages of processing.
COMMISSIONING
Following functional testing at the company, O.M.LER 2000’s technical staff commission the equipment at the customer’s plant.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The work with the customer does not end when the product is delivered: highly qualified staff are at the customer’s service ready to intervene promptly if necessary. Presence and reliability are a key added value: the core of the company’s philosophy is the importance of its customer relations.
