The monitoring system used by O.M.LER 2000 is the most important feature of the de-coring vibrators. The interface can be with a PLC via relay outputs, via Ethernet and/or Profibus, (CAN OPEN).
The sensors are set in a special cavity created on the vibrator and the display shows readings of frequency of hammering as well as number of strokes. Each instrument can monitor up to four channels (that is, four vibrators and four sensors) to ensure a number of advantages. Among them are: a constant level of quality de-coring resulting in a reduction of machine down time; limited and optimized costs of maintenance and repair as regards spare parts and time for equipping the machine.
